When you're in a client review, we answer the referral call.
Frontier Reception is human front-desk support for financial advisors, planners, and wealth managers. When you're in a review, a trained receptionist answers in your firm's name — captures the prospect with your intake questions, books the first meeting, and routes existing clients to the right person. We never give advice, discuss accounts, or take trade instructions. We take the details and hand them to you.
Starts at $325/mo · billed on the calls we handle, never per minute
Your callers should hear a person — not a script-reader, not a bot, not a call center.
A calm, trained extension of your front desk.
- Real receptionists, following your instructions
- Your greeting, your tone, your rules
- Documented call notes and intake questions
- Urgent calls routed the way you decide
An AI receptionist or a generic call center.
- Not an automated voice or chat bot
- Not a high-volume call floor reading scripts
- Not a replacement for your team — a support for it
- No headset clichés, no scripts read at your callers
The prospect who reaches your voicemail dials the next advisor.
One new household can mean decades of advisory fees and a stream of referrals — and prospects almost never call at a convenient time. They call while you're in a review, and most won't leave a voicemail. We make sure a composed, professional person picks up in your firm's name.
Every referral call reaches a person
A referred prospect is the highest-value call your office gets — a single new household can mean thousands a year in advisory fees for decades, plus the referrals that follow. We answer while you're with a client, capture the inquiry with your exact intake questions, and book the first meeting on your calendar. Plans start at $325 a month — a fraction of one relationship.
A voice that sounds like your firm
Trust is the product in this business, and it starts before the first meeting. Callers hear a composed, well-spoken person answering in your firm's name with your greeting — not a call-center floor, and never an AI voice. A nervous prospect or a longtime client gets the same discretion on the phone that you'd give them across the table.
We take the details — the advice stays yours
We work from your script and your intake questions, then stop. No financial, tax, or legal guidance, no discussing accounts or holdings, no quoting your fees, and no taking trade instructions — ever. Anything account-specific is captured and routed to you or your team per your rules, delivered by text and email in real time. The line stays bright.
Real calls your firm gets — handled your way
These are the calls that come in while you're with a client. Here's how a trained receptionist handles each one, following the rules you set during onboarding — and never stepping over the advice line.
-
“A friend of mine is a client of yours — I'm about five years out from retirement and I have no idea if I'm on track. Are you taking new clients?”
We confirm you're accepting new clients and take the prospect intake with your questions — timeline, what prompted the call, referral source, a rough sense of what they're looking for. Then we book the first meeting straight into your calendar and text you the details, so you walk out of your review to a scheduled prospect.
-
“I need to get money out of my account before Friday — my daughter's closing on a house. Can someone handle this today?”
A time-sensitive service request, handled by your rules: we capture what's needed and the deadline, flag it urgent, and route it to you or your operations contact immediately. We never take trade or transfer instructions ourselves — we make sure the request reaches the right person while there's still time to act.
-
“The market's down 800 points and I'm watching my retirement shrink. Should I move everything to cash?”
On the days the market moves, the phone surges — and every anxious client reaches a calm person instead of voicemail. We never talk markets or say “sit tight.” We capture the concern, flag it priority, and queue it for your personal call-back, before worry hardens into a withdrawal.
-
“I have a question about a fee on my quarterly statement — I don't understand one of the charges.”
A routine service call that shouldn't interrupt a client meeting. We take the caller's name, the statement in question, and a callback number, then route it to you or your operations contact per your rules. We don't interpret statements or explain fees — the client feels heard, and the right person answers.

The questions we hear most.
Will prospects and clients know it's not my own front desk?
No. We answer in your firm's name with the greeting and script you give us, in a calm, professional voice. To the caller it's simply your office picking up. Most callers never know the reception is handled off-site — and the discretion your clients expect carries through on every call.
What if a caller asks about their account or wants to move money?
We take the details and route — we never discuss accounts or holdings, give financial, tax, or legal advice, quote your fees, or accept trade or transfer instructions. For anything account-specific we capture the request, the urgency, and a callback number, and pass it to you or your team by your rules. The advice stays entirely yours.
Can you book first meetings and use my exact intake questions?
Yes. We ask the questions on your intake sheet — timeline, what prompted the call, referral source, whatever you specify — and book the meeting straight into your calendar. You get the full lead by text and email, so the details are in front of you before you dial back.
How do you learn my firm and my rules?
During onboarding we set up your greeting, your intake questions, and your routing rules with you — a real person configures it and confirms it before we take a live call. From then on, receptionists work from your script on every call, so what a caller hears is your firm's process, not a generic one.
Is this an AI or a bot answering my phone?
No. Your calls are answered by real people on our team during covered hours — we don't use AI voice agents. Outside covered hours, callers can reach a simple message that a person will follow up on the next business day.
Do you answer 24/7?
Not yet. We currently cover business hours and overflow — the busy stretches when you're in back-to-back reviews or a market day has every client calling at once, plus the calls that would otherwise ring out. After-hours coverage is available to a limited number of accounts case-by-case; ask on your discovery call if it's a fit.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $325/month, billed on the calls we handle — never per minute. There's a one-time $199 setup that may be waived with a 6-month agreement. We'll recommend the right plan on your discovery call.
How soon will I hear back?
Within two business days, almost always sooner. A real person reviews every request and follows up to scope the right coverage for your firm.
Stop sending twenty-year relationships to voicemail.
The next prospect who calls while you're in a review could be a client for the next two decades — or a voicemail they never leave. Let a trained receptionist answer in your firm's name, capture the inquiry, and book the first meeting while you stay focused on the client in front of you. Tell us how your firm handles calls; we'll send a quote within two business days.
