Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Frontier Reception, LLC, an Alaska limited liability company (“Frontier Reception,” “we,” “us”). By using the website, submitting the signup form, or otherwise communicating with us through the website, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.

These Terms govern only your use of this public website and the inquiry/signup flow. Ongoing front desk service relationships are governed by a separate written service agreement that we provide before service begins.

Description of service

Frontier Reception provides human front desk support for businesses, including live call answering, message handling, appointment scheduling, lead intake, urgent call routing, and call notes. This website is the entry point for businesses to learn about the service and request a custom quote.

Submitting an inquiry through the signup form does not by itself create a service relationship and does not obligate either party. A service relationship begins only when both parties sign a written service agreement and Frontier Reception confirms onboarding has begun.

Eligibility & accuracy of information

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to submit business information on behalf of the business you identify in the signup form. You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, and to update it if it changes before we follow up.

If you submit information about a business you do not represent, we may delete it without notice and decline to follow up.

SMS consent (reference)

If you check the SMS consent box on the signup form, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Frontier Reception related to your inquiry and onboarding, as described in the consent language displayed at the time of submission and in our Privacy Policy.

Standard messaging rules apply: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply HELP for help, and reply STOP at any time to opt out. Complete keyword behavior is documented on the Help page.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time without affecting any other communications you have requested (such as email replies to an inquiry).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
• Submit information for any business engaged in illegal activity
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass our security measures (including rate limits, bot protection, or the honeypot field on the signup form)
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract information from the website
• Send spam, harassment, or abusive content through the signup form’s free-text fields
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Frontier Reception or any third party

We may decline to respond to any inquiry, block any submission, and refer abuse to relevant authorities or processors (including Cloudflare) at our discretion.

Billing & fees

Use of this website and submission of the signup form are free of charge. There are no fees associated with requesting a quote, completing a discovery call, or receiving a proposal.

If you and Frontier Reception enter into a written service agreement, fees, billing cycles, payment methods, late-payment terms, and refund or credit policies will be set out in that agreement.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Frontier Reception does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Reception, its members, employees, contractors, and processors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Reception’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontier Reception and its members, employees, contractors, and processors from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your submission of false, misleading, or unauthorized information, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party in connection with your use of the website.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
