What counts as a handled call

A handled call is any call where our receptionist takes a message, completes a lead intake, schedules an appointment, routes an urgent call, or transfers the caller according to your instructions. Spam and wrong numbers don't count.

Past your plan's included calls, each additional handled call is $6. For example, the Professional plan plus 30 extra calls in a month would be $425 + $180 = $605.

A one-time setup fee gets your account built and tested before we go live. After that, you're month-to-month.

Covers your onboarding call, custom greeting and call script, routing and message-delivery rules, lead-intake questions, and full system testing before launch.

The setup fee may be waived with a 6-month agreement.

A number that stays yours

Every account includes a dedicated Frontier Reception number for forwarding and routing. If you ever leave, it can be ported out — so you're never locked into a number you can't keep.
